Today was filled with a lot of great insights and connections.

I learned more about my approach to business which revolves around experimentation and testing my assumptions.

If you are always sure about how something will work out in your business, then maybe you are not taking enough calculated risks.

From a Twitter Space, I got some new ideas about a content system and I really want to learn how to OPTIMIZE and leverage time so that I can contribute on multiple platforms Twitter and Medium included.

So I’ve decided to start my newsletter by the end of this month and I am also taking a different approach to my digital product development. I am going more with an agile approach pushing more towards a workable product on each iteration.

My first approach was very extensive and I had trouble getting to a midpoint in the project. So I decided to start again on my eBook and write one sentence at a time.

Which means I will be selling my digital product before the end of this month, quite possibly before the end of this week too.

I spent a great deal of my day also teaching a friend about copywriting. It is is a skill that every professional should work on mastering, just my opinion though.

Thinking more of a long-term and systems approach. What could your daily habits be to produce the maximum amount of valuable content per day?

10% product development, 90% marketing

This is the formula I am going to take on my digital product. With more of an agile approach, I am going to focus om building with my customers.

And I will charge $4.99 for the product because I do believe there needs to be some level of financial commitment to get somewhere meaningful.

People don’t buy from you unless they Know, Like, and Trust you? So I’ve been building this trust up WHILE I’ve been creating my digital product. The goal is to remain top-of-mind.

I am also reading the Ultimate Sales Machine by Chet Holmes and the book really excites me. I want to write about some of the main nuggets here in a bit.

Value is not just long form. There short

Just know the way you manage your time largely affects how you perform as a salesperson. Time is our most precious asset so leverage it to create more. Learn how to curate and repurpose content.
